- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish negative stars were an option for reviews. I was a AAA Premier member. The first and only time I ever used the service it took 5 days to get someone to my stranded vehicle. It was in downtown Elizabethton Tennessee not the great salt flats or deep in the woods. Repeated calls got the same response. "We will call you when a tow truck is available" I arranged for a service on my own in less than 15 minutes. AAA didn't call me back for 5 days. This is nothing more than a scam to elicit funds from people with the false sense of promised convenience and security. Stay away from AAA.April 20, 2017by Thomas Ray
