  They answered my phone call immediately (unlike two other pediatricians who put me on hold for 12 minutes) and were able to schedule an appointment the same day. The helpful front desk staff was able to answer all my questions, even difficult ones about billing. Initial check-in as a new patient was quick. The nurse called our name exactly at the scheduled appointment time. Even though my two year old son was very hesitant, the nurse was patient with him and talked him through the process as she measured his vital signs. The doctor was 30 minutes late and never spoke to my son. He poked and prodded him without telling him what he was doing. My son did fine, but the bed side manner was lacking. That part is why I withheld the 5th star. Because the time with the doctor was so brief and there was no treatment available, the clinic didn't charge us for the visit. We plan to use this pediatricians office again.
