- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My friends left their sweet pup Einstein in the care of Robinson Animal Hospital over the weekend while they went out of town. The staff at Robinson neglected to perform the basic duties of letting him out and walking him. According to an incident report, he had been left alone for 16 hours. To make matters so much worse, Einstein was seriously injured during that time and they put off treating him for five hours after they discovered he was hurt--despite my friends providing written consent to operate. Einstein's recovering like a champ, but he lost an eye, and the staff has been changing their story, withholding information, and just generally unprofessional and unsympathetic. Don't take your pets here. They are better off at home. PS. They've disabled their Facebook reviews once people caught wind of Einstein's story, and they won't communicate with my friend, so they're absolutely trying to cover their behinds.
