- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pinnacle does a great job as a primary care office. Dr. Nave is very competent and easy to talk to. My husband and I and our oldest child are all her patients. The nurses and office staff are also professional and helpful. I think medical offices often get bad ratings online because the one person who had a bad experience goes online and posts something negative, but the dozens of satisfied patients usually don't speak up.April 06, 2017by Robin Gillies
