  I'm not sure if the employees here are willfully ignorant or actually suffer from a mental deficit, but I feel that neither case should be handling prescriptions. I called at 9am, explained that I was in town for an emergency and I needed a 3 day supply of my medications, because I knew that I was not eligible for refills. I arrive one hour later, get to the counter, and am informed that there are no medications ready. After checking another computer system, the clerk explains that there is a hold because I am not eligible for refills. Luckily, no one had the foresight to attempt contacting me via the cell number I have on file to rectify the situation, because clearly customer service is frowned upon in this establishment. So I now explain my situation to the 2nd staff member of the day, who yells across the lab to the pharmacist for permission, and then tells me I will have to wait for them to fill it. I checked out my groceries and returned to the pharmacy and ended up waiting 22 minutes for 3 whole capsules. Incredible. The entire staff had to muster their handful of brain cells to struggle through a 3, 2, 1 countdown. Next time, I'll drive out of my way to avoid this pharmacy.
